Machine Description

Glue dispensing robot is widely used in LED lighting industry, like outdoor lighs. LED projector is one of waterproof outdoor lights. The process of assembly includes bonding the projector housing and glass cover, using silicone as adhesive. Manual dispensing may takes much more time and waste much more glue. This production headache can be addressed by a smart glue dispensing robot. The worker just puts the projector on the platform and make a programme to control the dispensing head move following the slot on the housing, then glue will automatically dispensed on it with very high speed and accuracy. A small invest on automation can bring manufacturer's higher output and lower production cost and human resource cost.
